Nicola

I hold a BSocSci in Environmental & Geographical Sciences and Political Studies, and a Master’s in City & Regional Planning, an academic foundation that gave me an ecological, systems-based way of seeing how every thing is connected.

I chose a non-traditional path, working in Northern California’s slow-food sector as an AGM leading a 40-person team in a $40K/week restaurant and for an ethical chocolate company, in catering, events, and sales.

I co-founded my first online business in 2018 in the portal of pregnancy loss. But, motherhood, the pandemic, and moving to a remote island reshaped my life and nervous system. Rebuilding from the inside out led me to study Jeff Walker’s Product Launch Formula in 2023, giving me the grounded structure to support my cyclical, creative leadership.

Now at The Matriarchy, I'm the launch strategy and funnel queen. I love getting creative and building out the architecture of your business. I'm obsessed with meeting women with big dreams, you inspire me so much! Let's make a positive impact on the world by sharing your unique gifts.

Stenya

I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Thompson Rivers University and am a Registered Massage Therapist, with extensive training in human anatomy, physiology, and the interconnected systems that shape health and resilience. This clinical foundation gave me a deep, embodied understanding of how sustainable growth happens, in the body, and in business.

I spent a decade building and leading a successful integrative health clinic in Canada, managing a team of practitioners while supporting thousands of patients. When motherhood, the pandemic, and a move back to Canada with my family reshaped my priorities, I transitioned online and was humbled by the experience of rebuilding from the ground up

Through that process, I discovered that email list growth and lead generation systems are the foundation of a regenerative business, and I became deeply committed to mastering Meta advertising and funnel strategy to help women grow their businesses with clarity and sustainability.

Today, I lead social media marketing, lead generation, and funnel architecture at The Matriarchy. I specialize in building high-converting, low-cost Meta ad funnels that attract aligned customers and create predictable growth. I’m devoted to helping women with visionary ideas reach the people they’re meant to serve, so their businesses can scale with integrity, impact, and freedom.

History of THe matriarchy

We started working together in April 2024 when Stenya joined Natural Fertility Thriving Health, the business Nicola co-founded in 2018, as social media manager. Six months later, an opportunity arose to collaborate with neuroscientist and mother, Rocio Zunini. That launch became her first five-figure success, and we knew we had tapped into something powerful. Since then, every woman we’ve supported has expanded our own purpose.
